WHO IS SHADY RASCAL MEDIA?....

Based in North Yorkshire - Gary has been working as a photographer and filmmaker for the past five years. His journey began while serving as a Royal Marines Commando on the breathtaking west coast of Scotland, where he first picked up a camera. Whenever possible, he ventured into the mountains of Glencoe or explored the rugged beauty of the Isle of Skye, capturing dramatic landscapes in some of the wildest weather conditions.

From the moment he discovered how light could shape and transform a scene, Gary was hooked — and a creative obsession was born.

Over the years, he has worked predominantly in the automotive and fitness industries, combining his cinematic eye with a deep passion for storytelling. His work helps brands showcase their identity in the most visually striking and authentic way, blending aesthetics with purpose to leave a lasting impression.

Outside of work, Gary is a keen mountain biker and is often found bikepacking across the UK — always chasing the next adventure and drawing inspiration from the landscapes he rides through.
